Neesa Leisure Limited
Neesa Group’s hospitality Business is driven by a strategic perspective which aims at acquiring leadership position pan-India, with product standards and formats suited to build brand equities and acquire domain competencies. ‘Cambay’ is a flagship brand of Neesa Leisure Ltd, established in 2005. With 8 luxurious retreats across India, the Hospitality division is segmented into hotels, resorts, spa, clubs, golf, family holidays, tours and education. 2 more properties/resorts are likely to be added up in the company fold by the year 2013.

Neesa Infrastructure (P) Ltd.
The Company operates steel and alloyed steel foundries in Ahmedabad, manufacturing small and heavy casting of Cast Steel, Alloyed Steel and SG/Ductile lron for core Industrial & Engineering sector at Domestic and Global level. The Factory Unit is based out of Changodhar, Ahmedabad.  The Company is soon to launch its range of Industrial Valves.

Neesa Agritech Ltd.
The Company is engaged in the production of elite tissue culture plants of banana and seed grown papaya. It is also engaged in a niche market of Bio-fertilizer & Bio pesticides since 2006. The production facility is designed as international standards of excellence for 10,000 and class 1, 00,000 as per US federal Standards 209B. NAL’s food division has already done test marketing of its range of Cookies and Frozen foods which will soon be visible in market under the brand ‘Instant Indian’

Neesa Technologies (P) Ltd.
Neesa Technology is an IT arm of Neesa Group; the company offers products, application development and services, infrastructure solution, infrastructure solution, data center service, ERP consultancy and implementation. Data Center is a leading service of Neesa Technologies: Data Center provides a resilient, secure and high performance environment for IT infrastructure, business application and mission critical data.

Orient Spa Ltd
Orient Spa, an integral part of all Cambay Hotels, Resorts and Golf Resorts, is a beautiful retreat, offering a bouquet of Spa Therapies, authentic Ayurvedic Treatments, Hydrotherapies , International Massages, Body & Facial Scrub and more rejuvenating treatments.

Neesa Education (P) Ltd
The company focuses on offering Hospitality, MBA and Technical Programmes. The Idea is develop relevant skill in students in keeping with the current industry demands. In addition, combine Neesa Group’s industry knowledge with the applicability of the principles and theories related to the subject and in the process, create a pipeline of managers and supervisors for the Neesa Group of Companies.
