The Faculty at NMS has distinguished record of research and education in various areas of Management. The Institute maintains a perfect balance of core faculty, visiting and guest faculty. Visiting and guest faculty provides contemporary industry and application oriented knowledge to the students, which make the learning 'practice oriented' These faculty members are from various sectors of business and industry bringing decades of experience with them.

The core team members in the faculty are highly experienced and have acquired teaching skills with use of modern teaching aids and tools in making the whole learning process interesting, lively and rewarding in terms of sharpening different kinds of skills.

Training Methodology

The students undergo a four semester MBA Program along with a Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) developed by NMS. The students are taught using case studies in a multimedia environment. They also undergo mentored summer internship after the completion of second semester. Mid semester's study tour and live industry projects assist in application of classroom knowledge in the real dynamic business environment. The students are provided with a mix of instructor led and computer based training. To make learning easier, effective and interesting, most of the study material will be provided.
