Working with colleagues from different cultural and social backgrounds is important, as is team work and collaborative effort. Good work planning, time management and multi tasking are the essential traits of successful executives. Neesa Empowers will give you a flavor of executive working while you are still engaged in academic work. This gives you the ability to shine in your first job itself. NEESA EMPOWERSTM is a well-structured and articulated program that is specially designed for students to make this crucial transition from a collegiate life to a working professional with the job offers before starting their academic session.

In IV semester NMS will give an opportunity to do a live project work and be a part of the industry. This will help them to get the real feel and exposure of the industry. In this, they will receive a special certificate after the completion of project in their choice of field which will definitely help them to work in their respective sector for which they have received offer letter at the time of admission.   Students can do this project work in Leisure & Club Management, Hotel Administration, Financial Services, Agritech, and Reality.
